80's prom queen or just plain fabulous? I can't decide. I picked this up over at Saks Fifth Avenues site in their new designers feature. I have to say, I like what I've seen from Richard Chai. That's his work your looking at. What do you think? Love it? Hate it?

would I wear it? No... do I LOVE those ruffles, yes, ma'am! :) Turn this puppy around and wear it as a shirt. Sold. :)
I know what you mean. There's just something eye catching about it though.
